I'm from out of town. Is there anywhere that I can stay overnight?
Definitely! There are a variety of hotels, and motels in the area. Here are some:​

Do I need to bring cash with me?
Yes. This is a fundraising event for our Battle River Pipes and Drums. Cash will be needed for liquor tickets, fundraising activities, and will be encouraged for the Silent Auction.
There are ATM's at the Vision Credit Union adjacent to the Community Hall.
What should I wear?
This is a formal event so be sure to wear your finest outfit, whether that be your family kilt or black tie outfit.
How do I get to the location?
It will be hosted at the Hardisty Community Hall in the Town of Hardisty.

Tickets
Do I need to bring my ticket with me?
No, we will have a guest list at the door. Please note, your tickets will be under the name of the ticket purchaser.
Will I be able to buy a ticket at the door?
No. This is a catered event with limited capacity, tickets will only be sold in advance and sales will end on January 25th.

Do I need to buy a ticket on the website?
No, you can contact us and we will help you purchase your ticket.
I want to buy a table. How many people sit at a table?
There will be 8 people per table.
Do I get to choose where my seats are?
Yes, you will be able to choose where you sit. Note, the actual layout may be adjusted as needed. We may have to move individuals together to fill tables. Seating preference will be given to early purchasers.
Are kids allowed to attend?
Due to the maturity of the event, our Robbie Burns supper is intended for attendees over the age of 13.
