SERVICES
The Flagstaff Scottish Club is a non-profit, volunteer based club that provides a number of services and rentals for a variety of events.
BARTENDING
We provide bartending services for weddings, parties, events, etc. Members are ProServe certified under AGLC licensing.
Base: $800 per evening
Included: 4 bartenders
We ensure all tables remain clear of empty glasses and bottles.
We can also sell drink tickets, if required.
Extra: $25/hour for each additional bartender, if required
DESIGNATED DRIVING
We provide designated driving services to ensure that both your guests and their vehicles get home safely after a late night event.
Events with under 150 Guests:
Base: $600/evening
Included: 2 drivers from 11pm-3am
4 additional drivers from 12am-3am
Extra: $200 per hour after 3am
Extra: $200/additional pair of drivers required for events over 150 guests
SECURITY
We provide security at functions such as graduations, dances, concerts, etc. Members are ProTect certified under AGLC licensing.
Base: $100/hour
Included: 4 security staff
Extra: $25/hour for each additional security staff, if required
PIPES AND DRUMS BAND
Pipes and Drums Band
You can hire our band members to perform at your event! Whether it be a parade, a cultural seminar, or any other special event that needs that special Scottish flare, our pipers and drummers are ready to play!
TABLES AND TENTS
RENTAL
Table and Tent Rentals
We have 4 x 6ft round of tables. In addition, we have 10ft x 10ft tents. These can be picked up in Sedgewick.
Each Table: $10/day
Each Tent: $25/day

9 HOLE MINI GOLF RENTAL
9 Hole Mini Golf Rental
We have a 9 hole mini golf course available for rent.
Base: $450/day
Included: All 9 holes with same day delivery and pickup
Extra: Delivery and pickup to a location outside of Flagstaff County
Extra: If the course is required to stay overnight at the destination.
